Houston police cited a Houston man who used a debit card to purchase online games. 

The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Eric S. Caswell, 29, of 506 Highway 17, Apt. A, in Houston, was issued a citation for fourth-degree assault after allegedly pushing over a 54-year-old woman during an argument on May 17.

•Charles G. Fulcomer, 45, of 8573 U.S. 63 in Houston, was issued citations for stealing under $750 and driving while suspended on May 17 after allegedly swiping a cell phone charger from Dollar General and then driving away in a van.

After an officer located it and made a traffic stop on U.S. 63, contact was made with Fulcomer and a computer check revealed that his driver’s license was suspended. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

•Steven R. Caraveo, 23, of 733 W. Chestnut St. in Houston, was cited for stealing under $750 after allegedly using a 27-year-old woman’s debit card 25 times to purchase online games without permission between April 13 and 20.
