Services for Kelsy Nichole Day, 28, of Eunice, are noon Thursday, June 15, at Bradford Funeral Home in Summersville.
Visitation is 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home.
