Lovenia Kay Lotz Kinder, 75, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, after a long illness.
She was born Sept. 16, 1941, on the family farm in Licking, daughter of Martin and Avon Keeney Lotz. She and Lynn Kinder were married Nov. 8, 1958.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Licking. She was employed by Rawlings and later the Lee Co.
She truly enjoyed spending time with her family, her dog Buddy, and gardening. She loved cooking for her large family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn; her parents; and a brother, Leroy.
Survivors include eight children, Mike Kinder of Angleton, Texas, Bryon Kinder, Anita Reed, Mark Kinder, Shanna Kinder and Jeff Kinder of Licking, Curtis Kinder of Woodstock, Va., and Jim Kinder of Mountain View; three brothers, Bob Lotz of Jefferson City, Don Lotz of Licking and Bill Lotz of Annapolis; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and many other family members.
Services are Friday, June 9, at the Assembly of God Church in Licking with Pastors Paul Richardson and Anzel Shoultz officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
