A Houston man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a farm accident at Simmons, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Travis Brown said Justin W. Dixon, 31, died after a northbound 1975 International tractor he was operating traveled off the left side of Hamilton Creek Road and overturned at about 4:30 p.m.
Mr. Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene by Texas County Coroner Marie Lasater.
Assisting at the scene were members of the Houston Rural Fire Department Rescue Squad.
