KALLIE WILLBANKS

A pair of Licking teenagers have been identified by the Licking Police Department as perpetrators in a burglary at a business there early Thursday morning.

Licking Police Chief Scott Lindsay said an officer responded at about 3 a.m. to a report of a burglary at Rinne’s Fast and Friendly on South Main Street.

The officer met with a female employee who stated she observed two subjects leaving the closed business as she arrived.

The officer was able to locate the suspects who were identified as Kallie S. Willbanks, 17, and a 16-year-old boy, both of Licking. Lindsay said that during interviews,  the suspects admitted to illegally entering the store and stealing consumable goods.

Willbanks was arrested and transported to the Texas County Jail, while the boy was referred to the Texas County Juvenile Office.

Willbanks was charged with second-degree burglary and stealing by Texas County prosecuting attorney Parke Stevens, Jr., and booked into jail on $10,000 bond.
