MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL

A woman from Licking was charged after a wreck Friday night that left her vehicle totaled, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

Tpr. Jacob Sellars said a northbound 2004 Ford Escape driven by Tara L. Marr, 24, and a southbound 2011 GMC Silverado operated by Robert L. Clover, 36, of Summersville were driving near the centerline on Highway 137 and struck in the middle of the roadway. The mishap was about five miles south of Licking. 

Marr and a passenger, Terry L. Storm, 25, of Licking, were taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. Marr, who was not wearing a seat belt, had moderate injuries and Storm’s were minor. He did not have a seat belt on. Clover, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured.

Marr is charged with DWI, having no insurance and not wearing a seat belt, she was released for medical treatment. 

Assisting at the scene were Sgt. George Falterman, Cpl. Terry Nelson and the Raymondville Fire Department.
