The annual meeting of the Texas County Farm Bureau has been announced for Sept. 19.
A steak dinner will be served beginning at 6 p.m. inside the community center at the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce Fairgrounds. Those attending should bring table service and silverware.
The event will feature door prizes and an auction. The speaker will be announced in the coming weeks. Elections for several seats on the board will also be held.
