The Houston Rural Fire Association Rescue Squad has been called to the Texas County Baptist Association’s camp at Simmons, where a 56-year-old man fell a distance into the Big Piney River.Â
An ambulance has also been dispatched to the scene south of Houston at about 11:25 a.m. Friday.Â
