Rocky W. Gilbert, 50, of Houston, was cited Aug. 21, on DWI – alcohol and failure to register a motor vehicle, the patrol said. He was later transferred to Texas County Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
Terris D. Carlson, 37, of Licking, was charged Aug. 22 with felony driving while revoked, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failed to drive on the right half of roadway and driving while revoked/suspended.
Cynthia J. Howell, 61, of Hartshorn, was cited Aug. 20 with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
