A man from Licking sustained moderate injuries on Labor Day when his eastbound vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the left side of Highway BB southwest of Licking, struck an embankment and overturned.
Cpl. Curtis Haden said Thomas I. Kaley, 53, who was not wearing a seat belt, refused treatment at the scene. The vehicle was totaled. The Licking Fire Department also assisted at the scene.Â
