Services for Joseph Elmer Richardson II, 91, of Houston, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at Evans Funeral Home, Houston.
Visitation is 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Allen Cemetery in Raymondville.
