The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Carol M. Dicarro, 53, of 424 S. King St. in Houston, was issued a citation for peace disturbance after an incident Nov. 11.
An officer responded at about 4:30 p.m. to a report of someone banging on the walls at a King Street residence. A man and woman at the location said Dicarro was beating on the wall and causing things in their house to fall off the wall. The woman stated Dicarro was calling her names, cursing at her and had ripped the bottom part of a screen door.
The officer attempted to make contact with Dicarro, but she wouldn’t come to the door of her residence. The citation was sent to her by mail.
•David L. Griggs, 40, of 8030 Indiana St. in Houston, was cited for driving without a valid license on Nov. 10.
•Alex Collins, 28, of 15308 Piney Drive at Bucyrus, was issued citations for driving without a valid license and operating a vehicle with no operable head lamps after a traffic stop on Oct. 28.
•Sammy J. Wilson Jr., 57, of 7794 Morton Road at Houston, was issued a citation for careless and imprudent driving after a two-vehicle accident Nov. 5 at Holder Drive and Industrial Avenue.
•Kandice R. Pearson, 30, of 17100 Tiffany Drive, Lot C, at Houston, was issued citations for driving while revoked and no insurance after a traffic stop Oct. 31 on Airport Road.
