Troop G troopers investigated 21 traffic crashes resulting in three injuries during the Thanksgiving travel holiday, officials said.
Also, troopers made arrests for seven drug violations and arrested six people for driving while intoxicated. Troop G troopers working on U.S. 60 also participated in a special enforcement operation.
Troopers assigned worked 12-hour shifts to patrol 20-mile intervals on major highways and interstates in Missouri on Wednesday, Nov. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 26.

“We are fortunate Troop G has no fatality crashes to report this holiday weekend,” said Capt. Mark Inman. “Our troopers work very hard to keep the motoring public safe. Please do your part by limiting your distractions, designating a sober driver, and wearing your seat belt.”
