One person was injured Tuesday night following an incident Tuesday night on Highway AW at Evening Shade.
Scott A. Grimm, 29, of Plato, was charged with first-degree domestic violence, a felony, and taken to the Texas County Jail, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
