Two persons have filed for county board posts that will appear on the ballot in April.
Jay Loveland is seeking re-election to a five-year term on the Texas County Memorial Hospital board of trustees. Brad Evans, an incumbent, filed for the Texas County Emergency Services Board that oversees 911. There are three, four-year slots on the ballot.
The deadline to file is 5 p.m. Jan. 16. School and city boards are among those on the ballot.
