The number of influenza cases in Texas County stood at 84, the Texas County Health Department reported on Tuesday.
The documented cases were as of Dec. 31.
Here’s the breakdown by age group: Influenza A – age 0-1, 8; 2-4, 3; 5-14, 11; 15-24, 6; 25-49, 11; 50-64, 7; and 65 and older, 29.
Influenza B — age 2-4, 1; 5-14, 2; 15-24, 1; and 65 and older, 5.
