A Hartshorn man was arrested Saturday afternoon on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Marc C. Zeumer, 48, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for not appearing in court in a DWI charge, driving while suspended, speeding and not wearing a seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
