The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 46 citations and 40 warnings were issued during a Jan. 12 hazardous moving violation enforcement operation in Texas County.
Troopers made two arrests for misdemeanor warrants during the operation. The location was not disclosed. Other totals included:
•32 speed violations.
•Seven no seat belt citations.
•Three none-moving violations.
•One driver license violation.
•Three uninsured motorists.
