Wilma Ramahjean Bashor, 85, passed away Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017, at Cox Health Center, Springfield.
She was born April 30, 1932, in Arroll, daughter of Dallas Owen and Evaline Parilee Gilliahan Warburton. She and Ralph Benjamin Bashor were married Aug. 21, 1948. He passed away in June 2009.
She worked at Angelica for several years and Rawlings in Willow Springs. She and her husband, Ralph, owned and operated R and J Market at Arroll, where she was the clerk and ran the store.
After he passed away, she moved to Mountain View and later to Mountain View Health Care.
She enjoyed tending animals on the farm and spending time with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, Ralph; an infant twin brother, Eugene; and a grandson.
Survivors include two children, Dallaslee Bashor of Summersville and Nora Marks Chris of Augusta, Ga.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were Saturday, Dec. 30, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Bradford officiating. Burial was in Arroll Cemetery.
