The Texas County Health Department said Tuesday its seeing a decline in reported influenza cases.
The Influeza A total stood at 277 as of Sunday, it announced. It said 34 cases were added the week of Feb. 11 and 32 during the week of Feb. 18. That represents a decline from previous weeks.
The breakdown for Influenza A:
•Age 0-1: 27
•Age 2-4: 33
•Age 5-14: 64
•Age 15-24: 19
•Age 25-49: 43
•Age 50-64: 34
•Age 65 and older: 57
The breakdown (173 total) for Influenza B:
•Age 0-1: 11
•Age 2-4: 15
•Age 5-14: 35
•Age 15-24: 13
•Age 25-49: 30
•Age 50-64: 23
•Age 65 and older: 46
