The Houston Lady Tigers’ district semifinal with Liberty has been postponed due to the threat of inclement weather.

Instead of playing Wednesday night, HHS will now play Thursday as part of a quadruple header of district basketball. The Lady Tigers’ game is scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m.

The first of two girls’ semifinals starts at 4 p.m. as top-seeded Licking faces No. 4 Willow Springs. Next is No. 2 Liberty against third-seeded Houston. 

The boys’ games begin at 7 p.m. when No. 1 Mountain Grove squares off with fourth-seeded Conway. No. 2 Liberty plays third-seeded Licking at 8:30 p.m.

The Lady Tigers (11-15) are looking to advance to the district championship game for the fifth straight year. Houston won its opener 37-32 Monday night against Conway.
