A man from Licking was arrested early Sunday on three charges in Phelps County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Clayton J. Lewis, 22, was charged with DWI – first offense, careless and imprudent driving and having no insurance, the patrol said.
He was taken to the Phelps County Jail.
