A man from Licking escaped serious injury Thursday night when he was struck by an unknown vehicle north of Houston.
Tpr. Travis Brown said Justin L. Douglas, 41, was struck near the roadway about four miles north of Houston on U.S. 63.
He was taken by ambulance with minor injuries to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Officers had received reports about a pedestrian and found Douglas had already been struck.
