Shelia Ann Hickcox, 55, passed away Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, at Texas County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept 13, 1962, in Doniphan, daughter of William and Pasty Miller Tillman. She and Benjamin Hickcox were married May 26, 1981.
She grew up in Alton and graduated from Alton High School. She worked as a CNA at Kabul Nursing home for many years.
She enjoyed going to the casinos to play bingo and visiting with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, William “Frank;” a brother, William “JR;” and a sister, Elaine.
Survivors include her husband, Benjamin “Todd” of the home; a daughter, Melissa of Houston; a son, Benjamin of Houston; six grandchildren; her mother, Patsy Tillman; and a brother, Terry Tillman.
A memorial will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated.
