The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Shawn Soto, 47, of 8451 Highway 137 at Raymondville, was cited for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway after a single-vehicle accident at Hamrick Street and Waverly Street at about 3:20 p.m. Feb. 23.
•Donald W. Hines, 75, of 16985 Brushy Creek Road at Houston, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way after a two-vehicle accident at U.S. 63 and Highway 17 at about 9:50 a.m. Feb. 15.
•Amy W. Dunkin, 35, of 422 N. King St. in Houston, and Eric M. Buell, of 426 N. King St., Apt. A, in Houston, were each issued citations for fourth-degree assault after an incident on Feb. 8.
•Montana Stewart, 23, of 22888 Jordan Drive at Hartshorn, was issued citations for driving with a suspended license and no operable license plate light after a traffic stop on First Street just after midnight Feb. 17.
