The Houston Rural Fire Department was called at about 2 p.m. Thursday to a grass fire near a bulk propane storage facility, authorities said.
The blaze was on North Morton Road.
The Licking Fire Department was called to Phelps County to help with a large grass fire there earlier.
At about 6 p.m., the Roby Fire Department was called to a five-acre fire on Lindsay Lane.
At about 7 p.m., the Houston Rural Fire Department was called to Twin Bridges north of Houston where smoke could be seen.
