The Texas County Rescue Squad was called to an accident near Simmons on U.S. 63 at about 10 a.m. Monday.
Authorities said the collision is between a delivery truck and another vehicle. One person was reported trapped, and traffic was reported to be a problem.
Earlier, a head-on accident had been reported south of Licking. However, it appears that there is only one wreck. It is near Cloverdale Road south of Simmons.
