Two fire departments were called to a grass fire at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday along a fence line off Highway TT between Ladley and Bear Claw roads in the Eunice area.
Summersville and Clear Springs were dispatched to the rapid-spreading blaze.
At about 12:35 p.m. Saturday, the Licking Fire Department was called to 16863 Highway N, where a grass fire was reported. Later, the Raymondville Fire Department was called to a controlled burn that was no longer containable.
