A Bucyrus teen faces several charges following his arrest Saturday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Kolby J. Morgan, 17, is charged with DWI, having no valid driver’s license, failing to stop at a sign, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.Â
The patrol said he was taken to the Texas County Jail.Â
