A Houston man was arrested early Saturday on four charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
James E. Dodd, 48, was arrested on a felony Texas County warrant of operating a vehicle without a valid license, misdemeanor Texas County warrant for failure to appear, having no valid operator’s license and wearing no seat belt.Â
Dodd was taken to the Texas County Jail.Â
