A Plato man was injured early Friday morning in a single-vehicle wreck in Laclede County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Ryan C. Barnett, 22, was driving southbound on Highway JJ when the vehicle he was operating struck gravel along the roadway, causing it to leave the highway and overturn. The 1:17 a.m. accident was three miles south of Stoutland.
Barnett and a passenger, Amy D. Brown, 43, of Stoutland, both received minor injuries and were to seek their own treatment. Both were wearing seat belts.
The 2014 Honda Civic that Barnett was driving was totaled.
