Texas County’s unemployment rate decreased two-tenths of a percentage point in February, reports the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
The rate was 4.9 percent.
The labor force totaled 9,283 — of those 458 were unemployed, according to the report.
Other counties and their jobless rates: Douglas, 4.3; Howell, 4.4; Shannon County, 6.6; and Wright, 4.8.
