Bob Labbee, 59, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield
He was born June 8, 1958, in Mountain View, son of Bobby Dale Labbee and Eula Mae Stringer Brim. He and Ronda Joyce Smith were married July 4, 1992.
Bob had various jobs during his life. He worked as a truck driver and buried telephone cable. He was most recently a heavy equipment operator for the water and sewer department for the City of Willow Springs.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing and being on the lake with his wife, Ronda. He loved animals, cats, birds, horses and cows. He loved hosting parties and family functions at his home.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Eula Mae and Cob Brim; his father, Bobby Dale Labbee; two sisters, Sandra Labbee and Sherry Collins; two stepbrothers, Ronnie and Donnie Brim.
Survivors include his wife, Ronda Labbee of the home in Elk Creek; three sons, Bear, Robin and Larry Gene Labbee; seven siblings, Larry Labbee and Rhonda Shoults of Hartshorn, Billy Labbee of Mountain View, Terry Labbee of Branson, Teresa Simpson of Gray Court, S.C., Tim Labbee of Elk Land and Tonya Lumley of Fair Grove; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services are Tuesday, May 29, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Nathaniel Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Near Home Cemetery, Elk Creek.
