The Houston Police Department recently handled several investigations. 

The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Christine L. Strong, 29, of 8205 Northview Lane, No. 40, in Houston, was issued a citation for first-degree trespassing after entering Walmart on May 18. She had previously been banned from entering the store.

•Paul M. Borchard, 26, of 318 E. 4th St. in Willow Springs, was issued a citation for stealing under $750 by shoplifting after allegedly swiping four video games and some pet medicine from Walmart on May 14.

Borchard reportedly fled on foot after being confronted by a Walmart official. A responding officer located him in the parking area between the Do It Center and Dollar General after observing a man carrying what looked like several video game cases. He was taken to the Texas County Jail where he was fingerprinted and released.

•Salena E. Hicks, 22, of 107 Cedar St., Apt. A, in Houston, was cited for driving with a suspended license on May 12 and again on May 14.

•Taylor Pullam, 19, of 17647 Longview Road at Elk Creek, was arrested May 14 for having active Texas County warrants for second-degree burglary and dangerous drugs.

An officer made the arrest at the police station after Pullam showed up to turn herself in. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.

•Kristopher E. Meskill, 34, of 8205 Northview Lane, No. 40, in Houston, was cited for first-degree trespassing after entering Walmart on May 14. He had been banned from entering the store in January 2014.
