The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Victoria D.M. Williams, 27, of 700 Ozark St. in Houston, was cited for driving without a valid license on April 30.
•Bruce A. Batchelor, 34, of 8905 Highway E at Houston, was on May 3 issued three citations for stealing after allegedly swiping trailer hitches off of several vehicles in April.
•Skye C. Marler, 18, of 311 Kimble St. at Licking, and Avery H. McNeill, 17, of 213 Dorsey St. at Licking, were each issued citations for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on April 20.
•Tamirah L. Jones, 28, of 101 Thomasville Road in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $500 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on April 24.
