A Licking woman was arrested Saturday in Webster County on a DWI charge, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Michelle M. Conquest, 57, was also charged with failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. She was taken to Webster County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
