•Kenneth L. Hall, 59, of 113 Cedar St. in Houston, was on May 14 issued a citation for tampering with utilities.
Hall was cited after an officer responded to a report that a long extension cord was running from an apartment into the window of another apartment where the power had been shut off for several months. He was advised by the officer to remove the cord and that he couldn’t live in the apartment until he had utilities through the city.
