A Springfield woman was cited and released Monday night after a Missouri State Highway Patrol stop in Texas County.
Shandi S. Stillwell, 37, was charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, having no insurance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.Â
