A state inmate assigned to the South Central Correction Center at Licking died Monday afternoon at a Columbia hospital.
Joseph Pratt, 71, was serving a life sentence for six counts of rape, sodomy, use of a child in a sexual performance and two counts of abuse of a child from Boone County.Â
Pratt had been in prison since May 1990.
An autopsy will be performed
