A recent graduate of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 105th recruit class has been assigned to Texas County.
Justice C. Simpson is a native of Galena and graduate of Crowder Community College, where he earned an associate of arts in criminal justice. Prior to joining the patrol, he was employed by Walmart in Branson West.
Simpson’s zone supervisor will be Sgt. George Falterman. His field training officer will be Trooper Jacob Sellars.
A Cabool native, Jared R. Chronister, also graduated in the 105th class and was assigned to Zone 8 of Troop E in Pemiscot and New Madrid counties.
Simpson and his classmates began their 25-week training course Jan. 8 and graduated June 29. Simpson earned the physical fitness award in his class.
His first day is July 16.
