One person was injured Tuesday night in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 137 near Boone Creek Baptist Church, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Sgt. Dale Pounds said the crash occurred as a southbound 2008 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Daniel L. Cooper, 34, of Mountain View, struck a southbound 2000 GMC Sierra operated by David D. Walker, 51, of Licking. Both vehicles traveled off the right side of the roadway. Walker’s truck later struck two parked vehicles nearby.
Walker, who had moderate injuries, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Both trucks were totaled. Cooper was not wearing a seat belt; Walker was.
