A Summersville man was charged last week with four felony counts following an incident that occurred in May, authorities said.
Derick J. Cook, 27, of Summersville, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon, exhibiting. Bond was set at $250,000.
