A wanted Edgar Springs man was arrested Saturday night in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Thomas J. Smith, 68, was sought on a Dent County warrant for having no valid operator’s license, the patrol said. Smith was taken to the Texas County Jail.
