Services were Friday, Aug. 10, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel, Licking.

Allene Verna Moncrief, 90, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018.

She was born Oct. 7, 1927, in Raymondville, daughter of Ross and Clara Crabtree Hill. She and Robert Henry Moncrief were married March 6, 1949, in Salem, Ark.

She was a member of Boone Creek Baptist Church, Licking.

She loved being outdoors, flowers, reading, embroidering and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob; a son, Ricky Alan; a grandson; four sisters, Alma Morrison, Lorene Huggins, Pauline Craig and Linda Smith; and three brothers, Roy, Tom and Wilmer Hill.

Survivors include six sons, George Robert, Freddie Ross, Ronald Lee, Kenneth Ray and Roy Neal of Licking and Johnny Dewayne of Rolla; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great grandchildren; and two brothers, Carl Hill and Harold Hill.

Services were Friday, Aug. 10, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Carrigan officiating. Burial was at Boone Creek Cemetery, Licking.
