An Elk Creek boy was injured at about 7:15 p.m. Dec. 1 in an accident north of Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

A Licking man was injured Thursday afternoon when the vehicle he was driving ran off the roadway and struck a fence and tree.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Gabriel H. Koch, 41, was taken by private vehicle to Salem Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.

The 2003 Ford F150 he was driving was totaled. The 4:32 p.m. accident was on Highway 32 five miles east of Licking.
