A private family burial will be held at a later date in Arthur’s Creek Cemetery, Houston.

Nancy Kay Weese, 61, passed away Monday, Aug. 13, 2018, in Seymour.

She was born Dec. 9, 1956, at Hamilton Field Air Force Base in California, daughter of Henry and Wanda New Sells. She and Michael H. Weese were married Dec. 1, 1990.

She grew up in a military family. She eventually settled in Wichita falls, Texas.

She loved working as a nurse for most of her life. She loved to garden, make jewelry, crochet and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

She preceded in death by her father; three brothers, Mike Sells, Larry Sells and Timothy Sells; and her husband, Michael Weese.

Survivors include her mother, Wanda Sells; five children, Joscelyne Cummings, Lauren Vitiello, Michael H. Weese, Kathleen Jones and Hayley Weese; three stepchildren, Brandi Clayton, Kristi Kingston and Ami Weese; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Jill Martinez; and several nieces and nephews.

A private family burial will be held at a later date in Arthur’s Creek Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
