A Willow Springs man was hurt Thursday morning in a crash about four miles east of Cabool.
Sgt. Dale Pounds said a westbound 2007 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Douglas P. Budd, 47, ran off the right side of U.S. 60, striking a ditch and fence.
Budd, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains.
The vehicle had moderate damage.
