A Raymondville man was arrested Monday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on a misdemeanor warrant from the Salem Police Department on a vicious animal charge.
Rodney C. Horn, 47, was also charged with driving while suspended and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
