These arrests were reported Saturday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
•Brandie A. Harris, 35, of Cabool, on a felony warrant from Texas County (no charge listed). She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Zachariah T. Settles, 25, of Licking, on a felony warrant from Texas County (failure to appear) and driving while revoked/suspended – first offense. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Bobby H. Amburn, 50, of Houston, on charges of felony fleeing, causing substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle wreck, two counts; DWI – drugs, careless and imprudent driving, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and felony possession of a controlled substance – Alprazolam. He was taken to the Phelps County Jail.Â
