A Raymondville man was arrested Saturday night on several charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Monty D. Hayes, 47, was charged with felony possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a vehicle, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and released.
